Terms of service.
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply when a business (“you”) uses Fabioso (“we”, “us”). Fabioso is for businesses, not consumers. By starting a free trial or subscribing, you confirm you are acting for a business and agree to these terms.
1. Free trial
Your free trial lasts 30 days from sign-up. There is nothing to pay during the trial and no card is needed. To keep using Fabioso afterwards, choose a plan and add payment details. If you don’t, your account is paused shortly after the trial ends and your website stops taking orders.
2. Plans and fees
Plans are charged monthly, per location, at the prices on our pricing page, plus VAT. A fixed fee per online order applies, depending on your plan, and is collected automatically from each order payment. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
3. Payments from your customers
Payments are processed by Stripe and paid into your own Stripe account. You must accept Stripe’s terms to take payments, and Stripe’s card processing fees apply. You are responsible for refunds to your customers, which you can make from your Fabioso dashboard.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your menu, prices, opening hours and allergen information accurate. You are responsible for the food you sell and the information you give customers about it.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and only give access to people you trust.
- Use Fabioso lawfully, and don’t use it to sell anything illegal.
- Handle your customers’ personal information in line with data protection law.
5. Your content and data
Your menus, photos, website content and customer list belong to you. You give us permission to use them only to run Fabioso for you. When you leave, you can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
6. Availability and support
We work hard to keep Fabioso running all the time, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our suppliers. We will tell you about planned maintenance in advance where we can.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or isn’t paid.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
9. General
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions? Contact us.
