Pricing questions.
What does “per location” mean?
Each restaurant, shop or kitchen that takes orders is a location. Two takeaways under one account means two locations on your plan.
What is the fee per online order?
A fixed amount for each online order paid through Fabioso: Starter 25p, Growth 15p, Pro 10p. It’s the same whether the order is £8 or £80, and it’s never a percentage.
Are there card fees on top?
Stripe, which processes the payments, charges its standard card fees. These come out of each payment before Stripe pays you, and go to Stripe, not to us.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Sign up with your email, use everything for 30 days, and only add payment details if you decide to carry on.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Choose a different plan whenever you like on the Billing page of your Fabioso dashboard.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown without VAT, which is added to your invoice.
